This website presents our furniture collections, materials, and showroom information so you can explore pieces and send enquiries. Product pages, prices (when shown), and finishes are for information and conversation — they are not a binding online purchase unless we confirm an order with you in writing or in person.

WhatsApp and contact-form messages are requests for information or quotes. Submitting a form does not create a sale until we agree scope, price, finish, and payment with you.

Many pieces are made to measure or finished to order in our workshop. Dimensions, fabrics, and wood tones can vary. Images are representative; natural materials may differ slightly from photos.

Prices on the site, when displayed, may change without notice and may exclude delivery, installation, or custom modifications unless stated. Final pricing for custom work is confirmed in a quote before production begins.

Open daily · no appointment. Visiting the floor does not obligate you to buy. Please treat samples and display pieces with care. We may refuse service or ask someone to leave if behaviour puts staff, customers, or property at risk.

You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, upload malware, impersonate others, or use automated means to overload our systems. You may not use our content, product photography, or branding without permission except as allowed by law (for example fair personal reference when sharing a link to a product page).

Catalogue copy, layout, logos, and product imagery on this site belong to Najmat Furniture or our licensors. You may view and share links for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial reuse needs our written consent.

Links to WhatsApp, maps, and similar services take you to third-party platforms. Their terms and privacy practices apply once you leave our site. We are not responsible for those services.

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim for accurate catalogue information but do not warrant that every description, image, or availability note is complete or error-free at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website (for example lost opportunity from relying solely on an outdated catalogue note). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Orders confirmed separately (deposit, contract, invoice) are governed by that agreement and any workshop terms we provide at the time of sale.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts in Sharjah or as otherwise required under UAE law have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, without limiting any consumer protections that apply to you.
